Initially dissatisfied. The vehicle was booked in for a recall but the correct part was not ordered, wasting everyone's time, mine especially. This was rectified and my second visit was fine with the recall completed. Millie Alder was very helpful.

I was happy with the service element but very dissappointed with the complimentary valet. I noticed when I got home that the wheels had not been cleaned which would have been easy with a pressure washer. I cleaned them & dressed the tyres.

Every time I visit there appears to be an abundance of staff not servicing customers, whilst I have to wait. The receptionist clearly had to cajole two members of the service team to decide who was to serve me. This is not acceptable.

I had a service recall for a starter motor and 15 minutes after leaving the dealership a AdBlue system failure fault appeared. It was not present before. Hollis was very helpful and professional in dealing with my query but the issue still exists.
