Grace, the advisor who dealt with my service and subsequent work, was really accommodating and managed to sort my car out on time which I really appreciated. This was far better than previous experiences I've had at Sytner Warwick.

Whilst I was really pleased with the service, I was disappointed with the free wash and vac service - fully appreciate and understand that it is a complimentary service but it wasn't done very well and I would have rather paid for it to be done well.

Issue replacement windscreen. The work was carried out on Thursday unfortunately the adhesive had expanded too much and needed to be redone, this was done the following Tuesday. Further inconvenience and petrol costs. It's a 24 hour job.

Hollis kept me well informed and quickly arranged for driver Rob to pick me up from home once car fixed. I live on my own near Rugby so this service often essential for me. Disappointed Sytner refused to provide recovery as car was not drivable.

Whilst the technicians were able to spot an issue with the right rear tyre, they completely missed both front tyres were down to the canvas on the inside and only stating tread depth in the middle of tyre. Within days of the service had 2xpunctures

The general standard of service received on the day was actually very good, with good communication and prompt attention from staff. I was served by Nicholas and he was both friendly and helpful, so full marks for the `customer facing' element.

I turned up without an appointment as my vehicle desperately needed an Ad Blue top up. I spoke with Grace, who managed to get the vehicle in at short notice. She made us feel extremely welcome and her customer service skills were second to none.
