Disappointed but not surprised, my car stop / start feature cut out 156 times on a 30 mile trip into Birmingham city centre on Thursday. Great driving experience. Nothing was said about the add blue issue.

The bumper came in for repair. Totally very happy with the result. Asked whether i wanted a complimentary car clean. I did tick the box. To my suprise they vacuumed the footwell but omitted the boot. I suppose the vac bag was full.

Whilst I was really pleased with the service, I was disappointed with the free wash and vac service - fully appreciate and understand that it is a complimentary service but it wasn't done very well and I would have rather paid for it to be done well.

very good customer service, friendly and welcoming and good waiting facilities etc. However the main reason for bringing the vehicle in was for an airbag replacement recall, however this was not done on the first visit. So I had to make a 2nd visit.

Issue replacement windscreen. The work was carried out on Thursday unfortunately the adhesive had expanded too much and needed to be redone, this was done the following Tuesday. Further inconvenience and petrol costs. It's a 24 hour job.

Car was in for a recall , something to do with emissions. Not fully tested yet but MPG seems down on what it was before the modifications . Free valet was okish, but wheels not cleaned properly, and internal vacum left some grit and dog hairs in boot

Hollis kept me well informed and quickly arranged for driver Rob to pick me up from home once car fixed. I live on my own near Rugby so this service often essential for me. Disappointed Sytner refused to provide recovery as car was not drivable.
