I just felt totally at ease and everyone was so nice and welcoming, from the ladies on the front desk to the finance lady (Frankie) and the salesman, Sean. On collection of the car, Sean took his time to show me different features on the car.?

The team were unhelpful, disorganised. I had 3 to 4 different advisors, they had the car for over a week and they were unable to find my key for some time upon collection despite me ringing ahead to notify them. Overall not the service I expected.

One niggle was to pay for BMW Screen Wash but level still low when I got the car back, in that the jets don't seem to be working as well as before. I have bought my own WSF & topped up still jets insufficient. Disappointing. So, not 4-stars.
