Initially dissatisfied. The vehicle was booked in for a recall but the correct part was not ordered, wasting everyone's time, mine especially. This was rectified and my second visit was fine with the recall completed. Millie Alder was very helpful.

I was happy with the service element but very dissappointed with the complimentary valet. I noticed when I got home that the wheels had not been cleaned which would have been easy with a pressure washer. I cleaned them & dressed the tyres.

Despite going in for the recall work and brake fluid change. It still shows on my bmw app that the car needs the work completing. This should have been reset at the time of the recall and service work.

It would have been 5 but your computerised telephone system makes it extremely difficult to get to talk to the right person and rebooking my service required three phone calls (NOT the person's fault, the system!)
