My requirements for handover were no trouble to ensure I could have the car not cleaned and sent to my chosen PPF installer. Fuel was not added at delivery but a contribution was made towards accessory mats in the end.

Good work. Please let customer know you unplugged the dashcam. I got near miss today and just found out my dashcam was not on. Cannot bypass 4 to 5 messages for a couple of times, so I was forced to give 5.

Nothing to improve from the service staff. However, I am always left underwhelmed by the quality of the complimentary washing and vacuuming of my vehicles. It's never done thoroughly, i.e. the roof of the vehicle had not been cleaned at all.

To compound the above, the next day the service advisor was 'day off', and when I received the MOT cert it had an advisory for a damaged nsf tyre! Surely I should have had the opportunity to have this replaced as well? My car was on site for 5 hours.

The service was great,so its a 5 But the add on fell well short. I own and drive a highly spec'd X5 40d, the courtesy car was a mini ev. No attempt to show me BMW style and technology now. But i do know i wont ever own a mini.

The vehicle was very poorly washed and quite honestly I was embarrassed to park it in my work car park until I had time to wash it myself. Nicholas said due to the time gone 5pm when I collected it, The Valet team had packed up.
