The service was great,so its a 5 But the add on fell well short. I own and drive a highly spec'd X5 40d, the courtesy car was a mini ev. No attempt to show me BMW style and technology now. But i do know i wont ever own a mini.

I was interested to find out the price of my vehicle if the dealership to buy it. The dealership contacted me the day before my appointment for MOT about doing a valuation. But no valuation was done onsite.

Due to this experience, I'll complete my remaining matter with Sytner Warwick BMW and then move to the Solihull branch. If there were non-Sytner options nearby, like Rybrook before, I'd gladly switch - that's how disappointing this has been.

The vehicle was very poorly washed and quite honestly I was embarrassed to park it in my work car park until I had time to wash it myself. Nicholas said due to the time gone 5pm when I collected it, The Valet team had packed up.

The bumper came in for repair. Totally very happy with the result. Asked whether i wanted a complimentary car clean. I did tick the box. To my suprise they vacuumed the footwell but omitted the boot. I suppose the vac bag was full.
