Offered me a complimentary wash and valet - I was pleased with that. It was in for an oil change so should have been a fairly quick visit but I was there nearly 3 hours mainly (I think) due to having to wait for the wash and valet. Took too long!

All handles very well, but not sure why the vehicle health check flagged some wheel kerb damage as 'Needs urgent attention' and a status of 'Call 04/07/24'. That suggested someone was going to call me the next day, which didn't happen.

The service was fantastic, right from the initial bookings team, through to the service when I arrived and left Sytner Warwick. This is my first visit since the Sytner takeover and I have to say, there is a noticeable improvement overall.

Welcomed on arrival by name, always a welcome at Reception. Nick helpfully arranged a replacement loan car as the original one booked had little charge, he kept me informed throughout and collection was as arranged. The car was nicely cleaned too.

Once I was able to talk with a Synter employee (George?) we were able to creat the service requirements, which we based on the annaul MOT and oil and brake fluid changes as notified by the onboard monitoring software.

My car had been feeling more wobbly on the roads. I went for a test drive with the mechanic, and my car underwent a health check to find the problem. They fixed the windscreen calibration, which has definitely made the drive smoother.
