All relevant documents were prepared and ready for signing and vehicle was superbly prepared. Handover was excellent and Operating System 9 was simply explained.

Service process was good and smooth. Booking process and courtesy car reservation all fine. When I brought the car in I was looked after well by Hollis who was great to work with and kept me up to date when the car was ready. She was brilliant.

The overall service experience was excellent, however on collecting the vehicle the valet had not been done professionally. Grace the service adviser took the vehicle back for a further clean but the team had gone home for the day

Issue replacement windscreen. The work was carried out on Thursday unfortunately the adhesive had expanded too much and needed to be redone, this was done the following Tuesday. Further inconvenience and petrol costs. It's a 24 hour job.
