The bumper came in for repair. Totally very happy with the result. Asked whether i wanted a complimentary car clean. I did tick the box. To my suprise they vacuumed the footwell but omitted the boot. I suppose the vac bag was full.

I ended up paying for parts and brake fluid change to be informed that my car then needed nearly another £1200 of work and shouldn't be driven home . Effectively a waste of money for me.

very good customer service, friendly and welcoming and good waiting facilities etc. However the main reason for bringing the vehicle in was for an airbag replacement recall, however this was not done on the first visit. So I had to make a 2nd visit.

Whilst I was really pleased with the service, I was disappointed with the free wash and vac service - fully appreciate and understand that it is a complimentary service but it wasn't done very well and I would have rather paid for it to be done well.

Issue replacement windscreen. The work was carried out on Thursday unfortunately the adhesive had expanded too much and needed to be redone, this was done the following Tuesday. Further inconvenience and petrol costs. It's a 24 hour job.

I wanted the gearbox oil level checking as part of the service. I was told should not need doing but if I wanted it, the option was full a drain down and refill at £250. I said yes only to be told later no gearbox oil was available, so declined.

When arranging my booking I was told the waiting MoT would take 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived at the garage I was advised it would be 2 1/2 hours. A consistent time would be helpful as I would have planned to do something slightly different if aware.
